Getting Here and Around

Sacsayhuamán sits a stone's throw from Cusco and is easily visited in a half-day organized tour. A so-called "mystical tour" typically takes in the Templo de la Luna and other surrounding sites. If your lungs and legs are up to it, the self-guided 30-minute ascent from Cusco to Sacsayhuamán offers an eye-catching introduction to colonial Cusco.
